If you are looking for a straight forward yes or no answer, than you will not receive one because it's a matter of either people look at it as facts or opinions on this matter. If you are talking about a specific region in which males are more dominant than the female gender, than look at politics. While a lot of people are struggling to accept the fact that the president is mixed, I don't think many people are going to accept a female president any time soon. After about 40 or 50 years women are still not as equal as society would like to think. There is always discrimination when employing females as well as the amount a female gets paid for doing the same job as a male.
