there are a lot and I'm not sure that can be healthy
also it says made with real cheese not real cheese made with real cheese so it probably isn't healthy also because there is no need to refrigerate. Also the first ingredient isn't even cheese it is whey
but i love the sharp cheddar 1 but i don't eat it often because it is not very healthy so e easy cheese is not very healthy but if i were you i would investigate further on all the ingredients
