The Acetaminophen is fine with Escitalopram (Lexapro) Phenylephrine is safe to take with Lexapro, however it can cause anxiety. If you have anxiety along with your depression, Phenylephrine will exacerbate this. Dextromethorphan with Lexapro can, rarely, cause hallucinations. Take Dextromethorphan with caution and in the least effective dose.
