Myspace is a very safe way to talk to people on the internet. The only reason it might not be safe is because some people request the wrong friends and things could get out of hand. It safe but you have to be careful on who you request and don't just request any random person because they look cool. If you do have a myspace, make sure to request Justin Bieber, because he is a sweet boy.-----------------------------------

Myspace is not that safe nor twitter, facebook is much safer.

Myspace and twitter can get hacked into.

It can be safe if you set it to private and always take precautions. Never give out personal information. I think it is a safe website, you can write down your name, but dont give away personal information,and only add people as friends if you know them before hand! Yes, because you can socialize yourself with friends safely if you are careful. No because cases where pedophiles or sexual offenders would pose as 15 and other ages to attract someone and meet them to have sex with them. It's a good site if you are careful and wise. No, even though many people say you can't get bug's and viruses from My Space you still can because if someone has a silent virus and they don't know about it it can go from computer to computer. The law says that you have to be at-least 14 years old to have a page. Myspace is not the only site. There is also Facebook and Aol.

i dont think its any safer On myspace and facebook you have to add someone so they can be your friend. It might give you a virus.
In my opinion, Facebook is much safer than Myspace as long as you handle privacy settings properly. Facebook allows controls to be set on who views each section of your information, such as your birthday, place of work, contact information, hometown, etc. You can set this to "Everyone," "Friends of Friends," "Friends Only," of "Custom." As for Myspace, nearly everyone can view everything you post on there. In the end though, it all depends on how you handle your own information.
