Yes, neither Social Security nor unemployment affect the other.
You got it!! Extension is correct.
If the overpayment states they overpaid you then they will deduct that from your next unemployment payment(s) unless of course you are no longer on unemployment then you are required to pay them back directly. You may have claimed or did not report monies they found out about.

Yes, if you qualify under the laws of California. It falls under the interstate unemployment benefits agreement that the states are signed up with.
according to a phone call that I made on July ,3 ,2008. Applications for the extension start on July,7,2008. That was the answer that I got when I signed my wife up for unemployment.I called back to verify and talked to a representitive for the office, and he said that I could wait for the paper work to be sent or that I could sign up with the internet. Go to www.fluidnow.com and click extensions as of this moment on July,5,2008 it is not on the page. I will try again on the 7th. Good luck to all of those that need the benefits. Also your previous monies must be exhausted!

If you got unemployment in 2012 you do have to file taxes if you didn't have the taxes taken out of the unemployment you received.
where is my questions answer You have to physically fill out the application for the second extension. It can be found on the website, where it says application. They you have to mail it in. I know, what a pain, but it is the only way. I did so and have received 7 weeks of the second extension. Now my benefit amount shows zero, but I believe eventually there will be another 13 weeks. It is impossible to get answers from the 800 numbers. You cannot get through. I have also written to my congressmen, and two of them actually answered, and I got a letter from Mel Martinez with a form to fill out and fill in. You have to find phone numbers of people to call, email addresses, be the squeaky wheel to get answers.
Contact that state and find out how many hours you need to be licensed in Florida. Some states have different hour stipulations. You will also have to retake the test for Florida.
