Not at all. Freemasonry gets a bad rap from some traditionally conservative Christian groups because the Masons are a secular organization that does not require adherence to Christian faith. (And some of their critics also are suspicious because the Masons have so-called "secret" rituals, as many fraternal organizations do.)
But there is no evidence in the history of the Masons that they are opposed to Christianity. in fact, many famous Masons have been practicing Christians. The Masons have no official religious viewpoint, and do not tell their members what religion to accept. They mainly focus on doing good in the community. It should also be noted that while some American presidents have also been Masons, there is no evidence that Barack Obama is one of them.
Yes, indeed, Freemasonry is about as anti-Christian as you can possibly get. You have to be careful, though, even though the various rites and things that they must go through to become Masons are radically anti-Christian, the vast majority of Mason will not acknowledge it is anti-Christian because of the way that things are presented to them. They may not even fully realize that what they are involved in is anti-Christian.
Thus, even though they are not permitted to utter the name of Our Blessed Lord in their confines, they are encouraged to pray, and in the lower ranks even presented with a Bible to kiss (if they are Christians) - but because Freemasonry is radically pagan, they will present a different book if you are not a Christian - but you must make the same oath - exactly, even though you now kiss the Koran, or whatever.
There are many, many documented and proven proofs of all this, which I realize will be shocking for the rank and file to read, but they must to see where their real allegiance is going. Some of the more shocking things can be understood just from the oaths that they must take - all of which are radically anti-Christian, and so impious that Popes for hundreds of years have absolutely forbidden any involvement with Freemasonry, such involvement is, even in the 21st century punished with instant excommunication - by the very fact that they have been involved in any form of Freemasonry.
For Protestant Christians, please read 33 Degrees of Deception by Tom C. McKenney.
Catholics should read John Salza's books: Masonry Unmasked.
and Why Catholics Cannot be Masons.
Please note that all of these books may be profitably read by anybody concerned about Masonry or involved in it. I would particularly recommend that you read them if you have a family member involved and you are at all concerned about their spiritual welfare.
Another book which is very helpful, even though it is primarily written about French Freemasonry, it also includes English and American Freemasonry is Unholy Craft : Freemasonry and the Roots of Christophobia by Arnaud de Lassus .
Just know that this is a far more serious topic that we have ever been led to believe and it is a spiritual rot in the men involved in Freemasonry. We must keep them in our prayers and help them to see the light and get out of this terrible anti-Christian nonsense which Satan is using to remove God from the public square and the private lives of so many.
But please do not condemn the men involved in it, if you read the books, especially John Salza's books and the first part of Tom McKenney's books you realize that this men never learn the truth until they are deep, deep into this evil. And Masonry itself tells them that they are misled so that the lower ranks will support them even though they wouldn't if they realized what they are getting involved in.
There was a huge scandal in the United States back in the early 19th century when all the Lodges in many states completely closed, many Masons came out and read the Rites and whatnot into court records to fully expose the evil which was going on. Well, Freemasonry has made a comeback and is just now being brought to light again. Please educate yourself, your neighbors, and those in your church about this evil.
Opinion varies on this point; some will say 'yes', others will point out the the basis of Masonry is worship of the Divine Architect. Some churches have 'official' answers on this point, the Roman Catholic church is an example. But Only God can judge. Many masons are upstanding people seeking to help their fellow humans as they can to assert, therefore, that all Masons are anti-Christian is quite wrong. Further the photo above of the 'Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion' has nothing to do with Free Masonry and should be removed.
By some people, yes. But bear in mind that any fruitcake can link anyone and anything with the anti-christ if that is the way their twisted reasoning leads them.
Not at all. Nothing in Freemasonry would discourage someone from being a Christian. Indeed, some collateral orders of Freemasonry require its members to be Christians.
No
No.
Masonry is not found in Vatican City. Membership is prohibited for Catholics.
It is the highest degree you can have.
Freemasonry is an ancient society with many secrets that is often the topic of many conspiracy theory/theorists. Masonry is the work done by a mason like stonework or brickwork.
Jose Rizal joined the Masonry to foster enlightenment and reform in the Philippines. He believed in the principles of freedom, justice, and equality that the Masons advocated, which aligned with his own ideals for the country's progress and liberation from Spanish colonial rule. Rizal saw the Masonry as a platform to network with like-minded individuals and work towards social and political change.

I. Head has written: 'A confutation of the observations on free masonry by an anonymous author of a pamphlet, entitled Masonry the way to hell. ... By ... I. Head, ..'

Jose Rizal became a Freemason because he found alignment with the organization's principles of liberty, equality, and fraternity. He saw Freemasonry as a platform for advocating social and political reforms in the Philippines. Rizal believed that through Freemasonry, he could work towards the betterment of his country and its people.
