It's all a matter of opinoin, but I feel that GTA 4 is better because there is so much more stuff you can do than in san Andreas such as online multiplayer. Also, if, when you're driving a car, you go full speed head on into something, you can fly out of the windshield which is hilarious!

yes it is. the graphics are better than gta san Andreas and you can do way more stuff than gta 4. the story is short, but there are drug wars.
