Google Wiki is known as a Project Wiki and has been available on Google since 2006. A wiki is just a website that can be edited by anyone within a particular company.
Google documents primarily holds and saves the documents that you put on it on your google account. Because your documents are on your google account, they're also online, which means that you can access them from any tablet, phone, or computer.
Google, of course! Unless, you think wiki is better, but wiki has site problems. like, if you ask 'who is your friend' it will give you a total different answer. plus, anyone can access wiki. same with Google, but you can't change the answers on Google. on wiki, you can.=LATER FOR KNOW NOW!!!!! =
Same as why is google better than wiki, search it up next time.
You cannot yet get word art on Google documents. But, you can copy and paste images.
Google Documents works best in Google Chrome. Try switching browsers, then see if the problem is resolved.

There are many differences between Wiki and Google. Google is an engine that finds information from millions of websites based on key words. Wiki finds information based on key words, but the only information they find is from articles from Wikipedia.
