I assume you are asking how to get a street level on a Google map. Enter an address on Google Maps and when the map comes up, click on the red "balloon" that indicates the approximate address location. The click on "street level view".
Google maps allows one to view a street map of whatever location you enter.
Try Google maps or Google Street View
Google Street Map is pretty accurate because when we go for hikes, we like to hike to different places and sometimes, we use our smartphones to find our way to the nearest road. Also, Google Street Maps are accurate because if we go on a road trip, then sometimes, we print out directions, and we haven't gotten lost once with Google Street Maps.

Google Maps or google earth?
To check if a location has Street View imagery, just jump to that location in either Google Maps or Google Earth then drag the orange "pegman" over the map. If blue lines appear on the map showing where Street View is available. And you'll see that Minot, North Dakota does indeed for Street View available.
