Although Halloween is by no means such a major event as it is in other places of the world. It is very common for young children no older then let's say 15 to dress up and go trick and treating. Halloween is especially a holiday that children in the age group 5-10 find very enjoyable. Some people also decorate their house, but not nearly as vigorously as they to in f.ex USA.
