This is a question that you're going to have to ask Blue Cross or maybe an agent directly. Their underwriting manual is CONFIDENTIAL. Even if you ask an agent - Agents as I understand it do NOT have authority to deny insurnace. Denial can only be done by the company AFTER you've submitted an application. If you are denied, you might check coverage thru the State Guaranteed Plan. Also Blue Cross is different in every State. === === == Check with BlueCross BlueShield of your state to be sure.
