Most likely. When Jayfeather and Lionblaze were exploring the tunnels after Icecloud fell in, they found a tuft of fur beside a collapsed area of the tunnel. It was black fur, and it was by the area were Hollyleaf "died". So, it's looking like Hollyleaf is the forgotten warrior. Hope it helped! :)
