It's not clear what you mean by "biggest".

It doesn't take up the most land ... that honor goes to King Fahd International in Saudi Arabia.

It doesn't handle the most passengers... that would be Atlanta.

It doesn't handle the most international passengers... that would be Heathrow in London.

It doesn't have the most "movements" (takeoffs and landings) ... Atlanta again.

The one figure in which it actually might claim to be the "biggest" is in the amount of cargo passing through it. In 2010 it surpassed Memphis in the total tonnage of cargo handled to take the top spot in that category. (Why Memphis, of all places? FedEx uses it as a hub; a significant percentage of packages sent by FedEx pass through Memphis.)
