No. ISO always conduct audits to companies that are already ISO Certified and applying for ISO Certification. Getting ISO certified does not mean it will stay forever as your company continue to operate.
As a company grows, ISO continues to regulate and audit companies if they are still able to implement the standards that ISO have set, and if they need improvements or changes in their management, system and organization.
And since they also continue to update and improve their own standards this also shows that being ISO certified will still need improvements and changes in the future as ISO themselves also progresses.
