It depends how you hear the question.
Islam has within it a moral code about how to deal with everything from small personal issues to exceedingly complex legal issues. This would commonly be considered to be a form of ethics. However, you may hear the question to be asking whether that system accords to the values that you find ethical, which is personal and therefore unanswerable. As for me, I find that Islamic Morality is a mixed bag with numerous valid and desirable ethical statements (seek kindness, give alms, protect the disenfranchised, etc.) and numerous detestable and undesirable ethical statements (stone adulterers, kill apostates, differentiate between Muslims and Non-Muslims in legal issues, etc.).
