It depends on who you ask. As Judaism is a tribal religion, Jews will say that Judaism is more right, but is designed for Jews. Islam is a perfectly acceptable religion for non-Jews. As Islam is a universalizing religion, Muslims will say that Islam is correct without qualification.
It is impossible to "prove" that any religion is the right religion. What is "right" for one person might not be for another person. Religion is a matter of the heart's connection with God and there are many paths.

Sure, women have the right to work per Islam religion. However, they should follow, as men, Islam morals of work. They both should dress per religion requirements. They should follow Quran and prophet Muhammad (peace upon him) commands and watch Allah (God) in all their doings and sayings.

The only relevance religion has in secular schools is to put literature into context. Schools are not religious establishments, they are places for learning how to read, write and do arithmetic. The right of freedom to practice your religion, also means other people have the right to be free from it. ;)
