Umm..im not sure if this is a boy or a girl but if that's a boy that asked that than no, it can be okay to you only if you wanna be teased or mocked for a long time. If wearing women's underwear makes you feel better about yourself than go ahead out there and do it, nobody's stopping you. All you got to do is make sure nobody finds out that you do or else you will never get a girlfriend or you will get mocked and teased. If that's a girl asking that than its okay. All girls wear women's underwear, its natural for us, not boys.
