They are headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada but have offices around the United States and a couple of international offices as well.
Although they are a legal corporation, I read 2 reports of swindle for 20k combined in bad business practices... do your research!! I'm a clown !!!!

Many more reports of ANGRY clients have been surfacing on watchdog sites. Stay away from Ivy Capital. Do not do business with them. They will teach you how to create a successful internet site, but its success depends entirely upon you and the work you put into it. They have multiple recored incidents where salespeople have been FIRED ON THE SPOT for guaranteeing any income from the sites. They guarantee they will work with you for as long your contract specifies. But due to the whining of some unsuccessful people on the internet, they look like a bad company. All they want is to show you how to start a successful business. They are very persuasive over the phone, but please don't be an idiot and think that success happens with no work from you and no time. You will be very sorry if you do.

No. On Feb. 24, 2011, the Federal Trade Commission raided the offices of Ivy Capital - in CA, AZ, UT, and NV. Ivy Capital's assets have been frozen by federal law enforcement because of false misrepresentations made by telemarketers to customers. Thousands of customers were decevied.
Hopefully, the litigation will result in a judgment that pays back customers for the money that was swindled from them. The first hearing is set to occur in federal court in March 2011.

The assets were unfrozen within 2 days. They are still waiting to hear if they will be able to do business again.
