No Jackie Chan is not a Jehovah's Witness. He does not identify with any particular faith. The closest he has come is stating 'If there is a god, he looks after me'. He has rejected traditional Chinese practices by stating that one should look after one's parents while they are alive rather than worshipping them once they are dead. He dismissed a Buddhist charm given to him by one of his stuntmen for good luck by saying that he does not believe in that. So whatever he does believe is personal and private.
