Yes.

Secular response: Those who believe in a religion will always tell you that their religion is true. Those who do not believe in a religion will tell you that the religion is false, or, if it is closely related to their own religion, may tell you that it is misguided. Jehovah's Witness response: JEHOVAH GOD deeply cares for us and wants us to benefit from his loving direction. If we worship him in the right way, we will be happy and will avoid many problems in life. We will also have his blessing and his help. (Isaiah 48:17) There are, however, hundreds of religions that claim to teach the truth about God. Yet, they differ greatly in their teachings about who God is and what he expects of us.
NO. Spiritualism is detestable to Jehova (god). As it should be to us.
It is a witness between us that Jehovah is God.
If you mean can the elder perform the marriage ceremony of a US citizen JW with a JW who is an illegal immigrant in the US then assuming that it is not illegal to do so then I would also assume that it is allowable.
Please tell us when and where was the convention to which you are referring.
I have no idea, but I think we would know. When Prince became a Witness, a lot of us were informed within a week, but that was because it was either in a magazine or in the news.
Not only are Jehovah's Witnesses all over the US, but also all over the world in about 236 lands and several hundred languages.

One is not born as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, even if one or both parents are actively involved in this religion. Every person must (by choice) study the Bible and make a PERSONAL dedication to do God's will and serve him forever. We consider this a very serious step in one's spiritual life. Then, to remain a dedicated, active witness of Jehovah, one must continue to study, pray, attend meetings, and share his or her faith with others. This is not always easy to do, as Satan does not like to see someone so zealous in learning and teaching Bible truths, and he will do all he can to sway any of us away from the faith. On the other hand, if one no longer wishes to remain faithful to the dedication which was previously made, a person can leave the organization. Someone who commits a serious sin (and is not repentant) will be disfellowshipped, just as is commanded in the Bible. Or, one can choose to disassociate oneself. In both of these cases, this person is then no longer recognized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and in both cases the person will be thenceforth be shunned.According to a survey by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life ''Jehovah's Witnesses have the lowest retention rate of any religious tradition. Only 37% of all those who say they were raised as Jehovah's Witnesses still identify themselves as Jehovah's Witnesses.''. See the 'related link' below for the full article.
