Puerto Ricans decend from many races that long ago came together and mixed with eachtogether there's sort of hundreds of years of mixing of races maybe more ,she is Latina. The most common ancestory that latinos share in common are the spaniard side(Spain). Lets just say Latinos are the cousins of almost every race. So yes and no. It's complicated.
