This is an unanswerable question, as any answer would depend on personal beliefs. To Christians, Jesus Christ is the Son of God. To Muslims, Allah is God himself. And, in fact, Allah is the Arabic name for the same God as worshipped by Christians.

Allah is God name in Arabic. He is same God in Christianity and Judaism.

Another View:

It is often said that Islam and Christianity claim belief in one God, the God of The Bible and Allah of the Koran are notone and the same. "Islam begins and ends with the concept that there is no God but Allah. Allah is all-powerful, sovereign and unknowable" (David Burnett, Clash of Worlds, 2002, p. 114, emphasis added throughout).

Though the Arabic word Allah means "God," the fact that Allah is pictured in the Koran as so distant, abstract and transcendent as to be unknowable helps to show that Allah is not just another name for the Christian God, as some mistakenly believe.

The Christian (and Jewish) Creator has revealed His personhood and merciful, compassionate nature in His Word (Jesus Christ). In contrast to the Muslim view of Allah, the God of the Bible is knowable! In the book of Jeremiah chapter 9, verse 24, He says, "But let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me." Jesus Christ said in His prayer to the Father not long before His suffering and death on behalf of mankind, "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent" (see John 17:3).

The three religions; Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are religions per God revelation of respectively Torah, Bible, and Quran to respectively the prophets Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad. Accordingly, it makes no sense to name God (Allah) with one of the names of His revelations. God (Allah) is the one and only one God, with no partner, no father, no son, no companion, and no resemblance. He is the Creator and the only God to be worshiped.

So Allah is as Existence encompassing all that has form, as Jesus said, that he was in the Father and the Father was in him more or less meaning that Jesus was the first born of such a union and he would be a representation of the Father Existence, that Father would be Allah, and as Jesus was created in the image of the Invisible God, and as Paul said God's image is in the image of the first born of every creature, that was made from the dust, or maybe the first that was born from those made from the dust, animals, fish, birds, reptiles, and humans. And the Earth also cause the waters and the deep had a face.
