I'm not islamic, but from what I do know: This question is hard to answer, but Jesus Christ wasn't exactly God. He was truly divine and at the same time truly human, also at the same time he plays a part in the the Holy Trinity he is God the Son, therefore he is also God. I hope this clears things up.

Whether or not you are a Christian doesn't matter. You don't have to be a Christian just to believe he was alive. Of course, The Bible is all about Jesus's coming, and how he came, and died, and rose.. etc. But there may still be some people who don't *believe* he had existed. However, the records in Israel, of Pilate (the person who had the right to decide if Jesus could be crucified) clearly show that Jesus was real whether he was the Messiah or NOT.

Many people were witnesses and did see Jesus when he was alive. Also, many people even today have dreams or think that jesus has revealed himself to them. I know a guy who had a dream and he met jesus except that jesus chose to appear as a regular man. Other people have told stories about how they were going through hard times and they saw Jesus' eyes. All of these people said that his eyes were so beautiful and it helped them realize that he is indeed real. Jesus is real even if you cant see Him.

Yes, Jesus is real. If you don't believe it, ask a sciencestist. There are scientific facts that Jesus is real. Jesus died for our sins, and that was the only way for our sins to be payed off. If your church has a wooden cross, suggest you do this on easter. Write down all your sins on a piece of paper, and then nail them to the cross. Don't worry-no one is allowed to peek at the papers.

I mean to be honest we don't really know.Most of the sources we know of are Christian sources so we can suffer with some bias there.So I would not involve gospels as an accurate unbiased historical evidence for Jesus' existence.

Now there are 3 other non-Christian mentions of Jesus Christ from Nazareth.Jesus was mentioned by a Roman historian and aristocrat named Josephus twice in his work.But the problem with that is, his work was created in 1st century AD.A good 70 years after the claimed death of Jesus.The question naturally arises,why wasn't Christ mentioned soon after his death or while he was alive?And we really don't know why.Maybe he was just a plainly made up character by some tired citizens to counter Romans and leave the then corrupt Judaism.Or maybe Jesus did really exist but was known by very few people.So the decision is really upon you because it's an extremely sensitive topic and most of the Christians in the world don't really bother about his existence anyways.Religion goes on even without its head.
