This is not the kind of question which can be factually answered.

Kennedy was and is a popular president with the general public, but historians do not rate him especially highly. As a President, his tenure was too brief for him to have any kind of substantive impact, and much of the most pivotal legislation of the period was passed after his assassination (civil rights, medicare/medicaid, etc.). Kennedy's tenure, moreover, was marred by catastrophes such as the ill-considered Bay of Pigs fiasco, although he has been widely praised for his handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis.

As a man, Kennedy was a notorious womanizer who cheated repeatedly on his wife, and who had substantive links to organized crime. Kennedy famously had crippling medical problems (a back injury, for example) which he hid, and which he sought to drug out of existence.
