Let's clarify some things first:
The secret fraternity Skull and Bones only exists at Yale University, where secret organizations are a bit of a tradition. It is not the only secret organization at the New Haven, Connecticut school, but it is the oldest, and perhaps most well known.
The Illuminati, is a myth, a legend, that is loosely based on the Bavarian Illuminati that existed from 1776 to 1785. The legend of their continued existence was fueled 14 years after their demise by two self-serving writers, one French and one British. The Illuminati have not existed since the 18th century.
So, there is no way for Julius Malema to be a member of either. First, he did not attend Yale University, and he barely graduated from high school or college regardless. He did not live in 18th century Germany either. It is then not possible for Mr. Malema to be a Skull and Bones or Illuminati.

Skull and Bones only exist at Yale University, and membership is by invitation only, and focus is on children of alumni. Skull and Bones win the elite contest then. It depends what kind of bones you're using, and if you're a member or not. If you're f2p, then it would take a while to build up your prayer level. If you're a member, then you can grind bones at Ectofuntus, or at a guilded altar at POH's. So yeah I would say it's normal.
