Kind of. They aren't lying or anything, but let us say that it will fall way short of any reasonable expectations.

Assuming you do well enough on their evaluation - and you'll have fun avoiding all their advertising while doing so - you will be offered an "opportunity" to key (type) for them.

Their rate of pay is 20 cents per 1,000 words. I went ahead and did the math, and assuming that you are a fabulous typer who can type 100 words per minute, that will mean that your pay would be $1.20 per hour. A bit shy of minimum wage, to say the least.

Trouble is, you do not actually get paid - or as they put it, you cannot cashout - until you've reached a certain minimum. Complaints abound from former "employees" who were allegedly never assigned enough work to meet that minimum in any where near a reasonable time.

Bottom line, an average American city should have sufficient aluminum cans along the side of the road so that you can actually earn more money collecting those. You'll also be out enjoying the summer weather, helping beautify your community, and improve the environment. And unlike Keyforcash, there is no "minimum" for getting the cash from the cans you collect.
