iPad is far more popular.
An iPad (£399) Kindle (£89)
The iPad is much bigger and the kindle fire is better with books and the kindle fire is cheaper in your original buy and it is cheaper in your App Store but the apple App Store is much bigger and they are both good with movies. But you have to remember the kindle is the insides of a ereader so it might glitch when you have apps open or you are watching a show so it is all what you need
they both really good but i really love the kindle fire hd because it is more lighter and cheaper soo i prefer the kindle fire s..t f..k
an i pad it can do many more thing than a kindle
I've heard that zunes are really good video players but I have a kindle fire. Kindles are great tablets but the best out is probably the iPad. The iPad is made by apple which a great company. I like my kindle but video storage is more of an iPad thing.
the kindle fire is the newest kindle that has come out in the year 2011. it is now having competitions with the ipad for more info go to amazon and type in the search kindle fire
To be honest, I have had iPad, Kindle, Nook, and PS Vita. However the difference between the Kindle and Vita is that the Kindle is alot better than a Nook or iPad. But keep in mind that a Kindle is a reading device and a PS Vita is for gaming. But still I have the Vita and it's the next best thing to X-box 360 and a PS3. If you want a good quality reading device. I recomend the Kindle Fire. But if you are a X-box or PS3 gamer you are going to love the PS Vita even more.
In my opion kindle fire hd because have a camera and more apps!
IPad 2 is much better. Kindle is more for reading, when Ipad2 can be used for movies, books, apps, etc.
Generally, no. Most eReaders, such as the Amazon Kindle or Barnes & Noble Nook, are used primarily for books, thus they only have the capacity for such. Buying more high-end eReaders, like the iPad or the Kindle Fire, could open more possibilities. The iPad is much more than an eReader; it's more like a computer, thus the iPad has the capability to store information on it such as documents, pictures, contacts, etc. The Kindle Fire is the newest generation in the Amazon Kindle family. It is often compared to the iPad because of its highlighted functions, however it does not have as many capabilities as the iPad. The Kindle Fire may be able to store information, but it does not have the processing power like the iPad, so it is bound to become sluggish as more information is stored, much quicker than the iPad. So, if you're looking to store plenty of information and still keep full functionality, and you have about $500 to spare, the iPad would be your best bet. If you're on a tighter budget, want something that can store some information, but may be a little sluggish, go with the Kindle Fire. In today's eReader/tablet market, since it is still in its infant stage, the afore mentioned devices would be your best choices, but if your information is just as easily stored on a computer or on paper, but you still want an eReader, the Amazon Kindle or the Barnes & Noble Nook both get very good ratings.
Probably the iPad 2 because the App Store is the largest app store available to tablets. They will also probably run better on it too
The Amazon iPad 2 battle focuses on Amazon's recently-released Kindle Fire tablet. This tablet has a brilliant color screen, the proprietary Amzaon Web browser, Kindle book reader software and the Android operating system. It has a small screen and really doesn't look like an iPad 2. However, the price for the Kindle Fire is just under $200, making the tablet much more affordable than the one from Apple.
