Is Kyosuke Higuchi known as 'Kyosuke' or 'Higuchi' He's from Death Note and I've heard people call him both names. Some characters are called by their last names so that's why I'm asking.?

Kyosuke is his first name, Higuchi is his last name. In the series, he is referred to as Higuchi. People (not fictional characters, but real people) can call him whatever they please, seeing as both names belong to the same man. It is simply a matter of personal preference that one may call some characters by first name and others by surname.
