from our investigation, we have learned that mega rich 34 year old italian businessman, sean c ellis, is once again in the controversy spotlight. this time with lindsay lohan. among many other corporations ellis owns,he also owns a music production corporation and a concert promotion corporation. sean c ellis recently wrote a rock n roll song which is in the process of being produced and distributed nationwide. ellis is also an excellent key board player and drummer. this song is called, "lupe,let us dance". this is an upbeat rock n roll song that is expected to move up the music charts. ellis is also the singer in the song and the key board player in the song. recently, we learned he took extensive singing leasons. this song is about ellis and a girl named lupe, fast dancing together. we believe lupe is actually lupe perez of california, who, at one time, was going to marry ellis. one of our reporters contacted ellis to ask him who lupe is , and ellis replied-"you will soon find that out". he also played over the phone to us a demo tape of him singing the song. it was impressive and a very catchy song lyrics. ellis sang very good in the song and played excellent key board in it. 2 lines in the song reference lindsay lohan. the 2 lines are as follows: "lupe, lets dance the classic hop, all the more as lindsay lohan rocks across the floor....." ellis staff informed us that the "classic hop" is a new rock n roll dance developed by ellis and one of his female staff members who work for ellis music corp. ellis is also known to be an excellent dancer. our staff was contacted by someone who is a representative of lindsay lohan. this representative stated to us that lindsay lohan is upset that ellis has her name in his song without her permission and she demands to talk to ellis in person about this. today, we were able to get ellis to call us from the cayman islands, where he is on business, and he had this reply relative to lohan. ellis said that his song, which will soon be released, is a registered trademark and belongs to him, and furthermore, ellis said his name sean c ellis is also a a brand name which is also a registered trademark and he went on to say that lohan name is not a brand name and is not a registered trade mark, and therefore, her name has no protection from its use by others, as long as her name is not defamed. ellis said the words in the song, where lohan name appears is not defaming of her and probably the song, with her name in it, will actually increase her popularity and name recognition. ellis went on to say that if lohan wants to meet with him to discuss the song, he will make arangements to do so. but, he said, the song, willl still proceed through distribution as planned. he said he will interview with us from bakersfield cal. soon. ellis has been more cooperative relative to interviews than in the past.
