No. They're exactly the same in every respect except one's in England and the other's in France, they speak different languages, they drive on opposite sides of the road, they have different time zones, the weather is different, the public transportation is different, the food and restaurants serve different items, their history and culture are different, they decorate their homes differently, they laugh at different jokes, they have different statues and monuments...but other than that, they're exactly, 100% the same.
