Louisville, KY? No. There are several areas of town. The East End and South end are predominantly (I mean like 80-90%) White. The West end is predominantly black (60-80%) and the South end is more evenly distributed with about 70-30 white. The City's most populous region is the west end, because they don't have suburbs. The official estimeate is that Lousiville is 74.8% White, 22.9% Black and other.....So, no, it's not absolutely black. But then again, that depends on where you are in town....
