if what you mean by 'rubbish' is crap/junk than no. bf3 is more harder than mw3 in multiplayer and single player. you can use vehicles at anytime online and it has very high graphics, much better than mw3. bf3 is more of a war simulator like gt5 is a racing simulator. and mw3 is more fun just not realistic. i like them both =, but thats for you to decide.
