Is Marcus one of the greatest quarterbacks in our school history a complete sentence?
"Is Marcus one of the greatest quarterbacks in our school history?" would be a complete sentence.
It depends on the context in which you use the word. History is the first word in this sentence, it is in caps. But in this sentence history is not as important as a first word & is in lower case. If I was writing about the Greatest General in British Military History then I would use caps for emphasis. ( & Its Wellington!)
