This woman locks Max in a dungeon in the headquarters in Germany when she and her mini-flock (Max, Angel, Nudge, Tota, and Ari) try to sneak in. There they find there is not only a Max II, but a Nudge II, and Angel II (greaat). This woman claims that she is Max's mother, but she only feels like it because she headed the project that 'made' Max.
Max's real mom is a nice woman named Dr. Martinez, who we meet in book 1. She is really great and has a daughter, Ella. Max's father is Jeb.
