To be honest, I'm not entirely certain, I would however say that if he was/is it's unlikely to be unpublicized. He attended the American Naval College which have no outright links with pre-masonic or masonic organizations. Also, for some time now all Masonic lodges have had to openly provide the names of their lodges members, due to largely unproven social uncertainties and conspiracy theories surrounding masonic actions most politicians tend to avoid the label as they feel it could be damaging to their careers. Anyway. nothing seems to indicate he is one.
