no sadley medusa is not real but remains a important part in Greek myths
Medusa was a Patron Goddess of the Libyan Amazons, prior to becoming a mythical monster of Greek mythology. She may also be a relic of the Goddess worshipping cults of Antiquity.
*According to some fringe scholars, she may have been an actual Warrior Queen possessing a great tangle of Dreadlocks, that were the style of the time and comparable to a tangle of serpents.
(*None of this has been proven fact, however.)

In real life she never really did exist. But in Greek myths she was killed by Perseus. In The Odyssey, Odysseus mentions the fear of seeing the head of the Gorgon while he is visiting Hades, but he leaves before she is sent to him by Persephone.
In the movie, Percy Jackson & Olympians The Lightening Thief, Percy actually kills Medusa. But the only way to kill her is to cut off her head, without looking at her eyes. He uses his phone to see her reflection in. But yet, the movie is really nothing like the myths. In the movie Medusa has no sisters, however, in the myth Medusa has two sisters. They are called "Gorgons."
no one knows because a myth is something that cant be proven or not proven but if your a believer then she might be in less she can come back from getting her head chopped off. (She got her copped off be Perseus son of Zeus and Danae.)
Yes, the Gorgon Medusa was decapitated by the hero Perseus.
No, some stories say she lived in a cave and some say a cliff
there is not a real Medusa it's just a myth
Medusa is one of the three Gorgons. Medusa is already her real name.
Medusa is her real name.
She was always called Medusa.
No
Medusa was not real, and greek myths do not record a birth date for her.
They are real to those who believe in them. However, Medusa was both female and not a god, and although Medusa was considered a monster, Hades wasn't exactly 'evil'.
No, unfortunately it is not. It is in Doctor Who, but only that.
i don't know if she a real monster
My theroy is that Medusa's full name is Medusa Gorgon..But of course she might have many other names..She is on of the three GORGON sisters.
Medusa the Gorgon was not real. She was never in a city, even in the myth, so no current city can lay claim to being hers.
No, Pegusus sprang from the blood of the beheaded Medusa (a Gorgon) and is a creature from Greek mythology.
