No one knows when a volcano is going to become active again. The Cascade Range is one of the most active volcanic areas in the world, and new activity is to be expected. The Three Sisters area in central Oregon is perhaps the next most likely area to see volcanic activity, as it has been swelling several centimeters per year for about 10 years now. Mt. St. Helen's is still erupting, although quietly, in a dome-building eruption, but that could change at any time. Mt. Hood has not given any signs that it is going to become active soon, but it is still considered "active" as the last activity was only a few hundred years ago.
Mount Saint Helens has been releasing steam and the crater is building. It has been since 1980 when it erupted in the most deadly way. the whole north face of the composite volcano blew strait off due to magma build up.
technically any volvano can blow at any time!!!! :-o
Like any volcano it is almost unpredictable. It erupts when ever a particularly strong surge of lava comes into it from the center of the earth. The tell-tale signs that it will erupt are smoke coming from its top in thick plumes, minor earthquakes, and ash raining down like snow as the fresh lava breaks thru the old dry lava and force out any ashes left over from the last eruption.
Yes get out of there now!
Yes, it is extremely likely that Mt. St. Helens will erupt again. The average eruption recurrence interval is every 100-300 years.
Mt. St. Helens is a mountain in Southern Washington state, in the Cascade Mountain Chain. It's most recent major eruption was on May 18, 1980
Mount St Helens first started erupting about 40,000 year ago.
NO no volcano is bigger than Mt st Helens
Mt St Helens is on land.
yes it did erupt in 2004
Sideways (Lateral Blast).

around 9:00 in the morning
I think mt st helens last erupted in 2004
At Mt. St. Helens.
there were many warnings about mount St.Helen if they had an earthquake it would trigger the volcano to erupt causing the people to know if it will erupt or not
Mt. St. Helens Mt. St. Helens
yes it can
yes
Mt. St. Helens erupted by the pressure to make a volcano explode. Lava originates deep below the Earth's surface where it is still extremely hot, with magma at the bottom of the lava. a 5.1 earthquake triggered mt st helens to erupt
In some cases, yes. However the most recent eruptions have produced dacite.
