No . not at all. A prophet or messenger of GOD can never be evil. Same as Jesus and other prophets , Muhammad (pbuh) is also prophet of GOD.
We should have respect for every prophet because they are made prophet by GOD not us. And they are sent to aware us about doing good deeds and quiting sins of all types.
Muhammad (pbuh) is known for his teaching of Islam, religion of peace and love. May GOD guide us all on true path.

Muhammad was chosen to be a prophet because he spoke no evil saw no evil or heard no evil. He was a TRUE and PURE follower of Islam and the Almighty Allah was immensely PROUD and IMPRESSED. It was for this reason he was chosen as a prophet. MUSLIMS FOLLOW IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF MUHAMMAD- he would have done anything Allah would have asked him, and this is an influence he has on Islam. ALL MUSLIMS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING ALLAH ASKS US.
Why did Mohammad became prophet?
Because he thought of religion as he did every action, he didn't speak any evil, hear any evil or look at any evil. He would do everything Allah would ask him, and Allah was proud, impressed.
