It both helps and hurts:
It helps both countries by providing an increased market for goods and services. For example, motor vehicles made in Mexico don't have to pay import taxes, so they can be sold for cheaper prices in the US.
It hurts both countries as many businesses owners have found that closing plants in the US while opening them in Mexico allow for cost savings. This drains the economy of much-needed jobs. As for Mexico, many small and medium sized agriculture producers cannot compete against highly subsidized products, such as corn, wheat and milk. This has resulted in increased migration into the cities and as illegal immigrants into the US.
The members of NAFTA are the US, MExico, and Canada.
The members of NAFTA are the US, Mexico, and Canada.
NAFTA has helped the US in that there is no longer taxes on trade between Canada and Mexico. This has saved millions of dollars for the United States each year.
I realyy dont know ):
No. NAFTA was created by the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
canda Mexico and us
From the US? None. That is what NAFTA is for.
NAFTA is the North American Free Trade Association; it helped Mexico, Canada, and the US trade easier with each other.
NAFTA
i think that they are good because of the Free Trade :)
NAFTA was a good way for the economic of Mexico for a short of time But now US is taking advantage for paying less tax by shipping stuff from Mexico to US but stuff from US to Mexico no. The Mexican businesses they all need to pay higher taxes to ship the products. For a rich economic to work they need Mexico and other countries like Mexico to produce more for less money.
Mexico begun the conversations to NAFTA.
