As with many weight loss programs, if followed religiously, P90X, too, will help you lose weight. Also, as with most programs, if you maintain it and learn an actual healthier way to live and eat, you will be able to keep it off. If you want FAST, this is not necessarily the program for you. It is a physical fitness and improved eating program about 13 weeks long.
You can find some real good diet plans for weight loss by buying P90x because thay have a good diest plan for you and it is very strict too so there are certain foos you can and can't eat.

P90X is the real deal. I started in 2007 & am currently in my 10th round (time) of doing it. I was 195, 6ft tall & after 90 days I was 173 at 39 yrs old.
