That depends. Most Pakistan universities are not recognised, the quality of education in Pakistan is just to low. It is beyond substandard in many places, to the point that some of what is taught is just plain wrong. However there is a small selection of courses in selected universities which are partly recognised and will allow you entry to study undergraduate courses here in Australia.
