The letter "X" is used to mean something unknown, so there are plenty of "unknown" planets. Science fiction writers used to send spacemen to "Planet X" in cheesy sci-fi novels. Equally cheesy are the urban legends of a "Planet X" that will collide with Earth, or crash into the Sun, or steal the Moon or some such.
