No, though it seems that way in the beginning. First of all, better graphics. But you can get the national dex later in the game unlocking all sorts of new pokemon, and then there is this whole island thing, and berries, and...... no. it's not the same.
They're exactly the same.
yes you can trade pokemon leafgreen pokemon to pokemon emerald version same as pokemon fire.
Actually they already have with Pokemon Leafgreen and Firered which has exactly the same story line but the graphics are much nicer than the original graphics in Pokemon Yellow.
The same Pokemon in fire red, except for a couple.
I'm not sure about leaf green but on firered it's in the basement of the poke mansion. I'm thinking it should be the same since firered and leaf green are so similar.
Basically they are the same - visit www.serebii.net for more info
aside from a few different Pokemon you can encounter in the 2 game, yes they are the same
Yes, I believe you can because I have Pokemon Heartgold and I stayed on the boat (the boat on LeafGreen is the same boat as Heartgold.)
Yes :)
No. You can catch a Growlithe in FireRed in Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar island. FireRed is the same as LeafGreen so you can catch it. ;P i have 2 of them
In Pokemon LeafGreen Oak will never give you a Mudkip, Treeco or Torchic. This is primarily due to Leafgreen and FireRed being in the same generation as Ruby and Sapphire which has those starter Pokemon.
same as eny other Pokemon game with a fishing rod!
