The main reason Princess Diana was not gaurded well was because she no longer was the princess of Wales, and the waiting for the line to be queen, as she was divorced from Charles.

Today, after this lawsuit, two California companies continue to sell Diana memorabilia without the need for any permission from Diana's estate: the Franklin Mint and Princess Ring LLC.

In a courtroom, it would be said that the question "assumes facts not in evidence". Everyone will probably know someone who they might feel typifies the qualities of a disciple of Jesus Christ. And everyone may well disagree with some of the choices of others. "Princess Diana" would be a highly contentious answer. "Mother Teresa" would have a more generalized acceptance, especially amongst 1,000,000,000 Catholics, but still could be debated.
