I assume you mean for video calling. Short answer is no. They haven't updated their software yet for the nexus s but it will be sometime *I would think*.
As far as for streaming video then yes all other functions but video calling work.
There currently is no application that allows video calling for the nexus s. fring has contacted me asking if I would test an update for them but hasn't sent it to me yet. Speculation is that Google will natively support video calling on the nexus s because they have bits and pieces in the code that indicate it is in the works.
Right now the front camera for the nexus s doesn't do much but take pictures locally but it will have video calling soon. Just like NFC will be supported but currently has no apps except the tags app (which does nothing but reads a NFC chip) google provides.
