It doesn't matter if sushi is gluten free during pregnancy because any type of raw fish can have potentially harmful results if eaten. It can carry salmonella and other bacterias. You really want to avoid eating any type of raw meat, sea food or poultry.

Pure fresh caught salmon is gluten free. Salmon you buy in a store may or may not be. If you're buying a cut of salmon at the meat counter, you should be safe as long as it is not marinated or seasoned. If there are any other ingredients other than salmon, they must be listed on the package. Be sure to read the list carefully and also watch for allergen statements.

Gekkaikan (traditional) Sake and any Junmai (pure) Sake and both gluten free. Some sake is not, the cheaper brands tend to add fermented grains so make sure you read the label.
