They should be shot on sight for self defense from assault.
Should small-minded bigots be allowed in public places? --- I'd say they have less right than gays, because gays don't go around judging people like bigots do!
No, smoking should not be allowed in public places. Mainly because not everyone is a smoker. People who do not smoke, should not have to be around it if they do not want to be.
If it's outside-sure.
Many people are allergic to smoke. Many people do not enjoy breathing air with smoke. Why should the smokers rule the world and decide what kind of air everybody else should breathe? There are no problems for smokers to find places where their smoke does not annoy anybody. Why should the smokers be allowed to "demand" to light up their cigarette where ever they want to? I don't even bother to write a lot about the obvious health risk involved with smoking. That alone should be enough for smoking to be banned in all public places. Sorry about being a bit tense and edgy when writing this answer. I myself have experienced how badly quite a few smokers behave towards non-smokers.. Me trying to explain that I am actually allergic made no difference. At least nowadays I can go to a restaurant and enjoy a meal out without having to take allergy medicin first. I suppose most people know why there are smoke free places.
By law, all service dogs are allowed in public places with their disabled handler.
The main reason why smoking should be banned in public places is because the smoke affects non-smokers as well. Smoke produced from the cigarette or tobacco results in lung cancer for anyone who inhales it, both the smoker and non-smoker.

Should corporations be allowed to access the teenage market in public schools?
The real answer is that gay people should be allowed to do anything in public that straight people are allowed. If straight people kiss in public, gay people should also.
The issue of allowing concealed weapons in public places is complex and controversial. Supporters argue that it enhances personal safety and the ability to defend oneself. However, opponents argue that it increases the risk of violence and accidental harm, and that public places should be gun-free zones to promote a peaceful and secure environment. Ultimately, whether certain concealed weapons should be allowed depends on weighing the potential benefits against the potential risks.
