Based upon personal experience, I would say no. It has worked "smoothly" and then sometimes not so "smoothly" causing cramps, pain and diarhrea. I have read posts by others saying they use it daily. I would try it once - follow directions ( do not double up on tea bags - I know of what I speak); in addition do it the night before a day you are home - just in case. From now on, it's going to be my choice of last resort - and only one tea bag - and not two in a row.
