The Australia release date is the 25th; no stores will have it before then. (Correctly they will but wont legally be able to sell it before the 25th) All good stores will be selling [Game; EB; JB etc.]

Hopefully soon. The makers are planning to make an event for celebi in Heartgold/soulsilver. I heard that Gamestop Stores in the US may be doing a Celebi Giveaway sometime in May, 2010, but I"m not sure.
Where can you buy a standalone Pokewalker?
Pokewalkers come with a copy of HeartGold or SoulSilver. They cannot be bought separately. They were made to be with the game, so you would have to go to a place like eBay to get a pokewalker individually from the game.
When is next Arceus event on Pokemon SoulSilver?
There were no events for Arceus that distributed it directly to Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Arceus was distributed between November 7 and November 15 in 2009 at Toys 'R' Us stores in the U.S. but only Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum would have been able to directly receive it.
