Swine Flu has not been analyzed fully among early victims in the "third world nations", and since the death rates are more severe in those who are otherwise unhealthy with underlying conditions and among pregnant women, there is a potential for it to prove much more deadly as it moves more throughout the far corners of the world. But it is still unlikely to cause the morbidity and mortality that HIV/AIDS has.
